You are responsible for all move-in cost and monthly rent during the duration of the lease. Move-in cost typically involve an application fee for each rental we are applying on your behalf, first month's rent, security deposit, rental insurance, administrative fees, etc. Fees at move-in vary for each property. It is important for you to contact each property and understand the duration of the lease, monthly rent, required security deposits, pet deposits, pet rent, average utilities cost billed each month to tenant, and any other fees associated with move-in. Again, ALL MOVE-IN COST & FEES ARE SOLELY YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Move-in fees for corporate rentals will be paid directly to Tradeline Savvy within 48 hours of approval. Tradeline Savvy will then pay landlord or management company move-in fees within 24 hours of receiving it. Our service fee is non-refundable.
